Check Config for the correct group prefix, confirm tenant consent is granted, and verify the signed-in admin has Graph permissions for groups and users.

Useful details

Include the tenant ID, approximate time of the issue, the action you were performing, and any visible error message. Do not send client secrets or access tokens.

Lookup issues

If mailbox folders cannot be listed, paste the folder ID manually. Some Exchange/Graph folder visibility depends on mailbox permissions.
