Purpose
The Enterprise Contacts Admin portal is provided to configure Enterprise Contacts source groups and tenant consent for your own Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
Terms of Service
Admin portalAuthorized use
Only authorized tenant administrators or delegated administrators may use this portal. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to create, edit, clear, or delete Entra ID security groups in their tenant.
Tenant changes
Actions performed in the portal write directly to your Entra ID tenant, including security group creation, group description updates, and group deletion where explicitly confirmed.
Data handling
The portal stores minimal operational metadata. Microsoft tokens are kept only in the active server-side PHP session and are not stored persistently in MySQL. Source configuration is stored in your Entra ID group descriptions, not as contact data in the portal database.
Advanced lookup
Optional advanced lookup requires separate tenant admin consent for Microsoft Graph application permission Contacts.Read. Use tenant mailbox access scoping controls where possible.
Availability
The service is provided for Enterprise Contacts administration and may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable during maintenance or Microsoft service issues.
